Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MORESIE Services, including the MORESIE Omni-Reply platform (collectively the "App" or the "Services"), provided by 菁冠國際有限公司 / Essence Good International Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MORESIE provides an automated customer service and content management platform that integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads). Our Services include:

• Automated response management for Facebook Pages and Instagram Direct Messages
• WhatsApp Business messaging and template management
• Threads content publishing, reply management, and keyword monitoring
• Business analytics and performance reporting

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Meta Platform Integration

Our Services require connection to your Meta business accounts. By using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta Platform Terms and applicable policies
• Grant our App the necessary permissions to operate on your behalf
• Ensure you have authorization to manage the connected Meta accounts

You may revoke our access at any time through your Meta account settings, or via our dashboard (moresie.com/omni-reply/dashboard → Connections → Disconnect).

SaaS multi-tenant architecture: MORESIE Omni-Reply operates as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each merchant tenant manages only their own connected Meta / LINE accounts. We do not use one merchant's data for another merchant's purposes, nor do we aggregate data across merchants for advertising. Merchant data is strictly isolated by tenant_id at the database layer.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content through our Services
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the Services in a way that violates Meta's community standards or policies

For MORESIE Omni-Reply (SaaS) merchants: If you use Omni-Reply to send automated replies to your own customers, you are the data controller of your customers' personal data and are solely responsible for: (a) obtaining a lawful basis or consent from your customers to send them automated messages; (b) complying with the platform policies of Meta (Facebook / Instagram / Threads / WhatsApp) and LINE, and with the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws; and (c) the content of the automated replies you configure. MORESIE acts only as a data processor executing your configured rules on your behalf, and does not use one merchant's data for any other merchant.

（若您使用 MORESIE Omni-Reply 對您自己的客戶發送自動回覆，您為該客戶個人資料之「資料控制者」，並應自行負責：(a) 取得您客戶接收自動訊息之合法依據或同意；(b) 遵守 Meta（Facebook／Instagram／Threads／WhatsApp）與 LINE 各平台政策，以及個人資料保護法等相關法令；(c) 您所設定之自動回覆內容。本公司僅作為「受託處理者」，依您設定之規則代為執行，且不會將某一商家之資料用於任何其他商家。）

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by MORESIE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain MORESIE apps offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription and in-app purchase terms for other MORESIE apps (AI Music, Skin Analyzer, Flight Scout, etc.) follow the same general principles described in this section. Specific pricing and trial periods for each product are displayed on the purchase screen within each app before confirmation.

8.3 MORESIE Omni-Reply（自動回覆 SaaS）

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Experience interruptions due to third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta API updates)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MORESIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MORESIE from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You may request data export before termination where feasible

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
